Over the past twenty years or so, Xavier PILLAC has built up a wealth of stage experience in a number of countries (France, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Norway, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Reunion Island), making him a key figure on the European Blues scene.
He currently performs in a minimalist format (solo "One man band", duo, trio, etc.) to rediscover a very rootsy spirit, a fusion of rural Blues, Hill Country Rock and Americana, in homage to the great elders of the Deep South like Elmore JAMES, Jimmy REED or JB LENOIR, as well as to his great influence BB KING.
